::Q:: How soon will I get positions?
Each campaign has it's own unique timeframe for achieving goals. Your account manager will work with you to set realistic goals, and lead your campaign so that we can achieve them within a realistic timeframe.

::Q:: Do you require access to my website?
We don't, but it is preferred. Access enables us to implement optimisation techniques, however we can provide them for yourself to implement if you prefer.

::Q:: Where can I find out more about internet marketing?
It's not our aim to educate our customers in the details of internet marketing. Get Gravity is not a "do-it-yourself" service, we fully cater. However we do ensure our customers are informed and have a good understanding of what we do. If you would like to find out more about internet marketing, we suggest your first stop should be Google.

::Q:: Can I have a free trial?
No, sorry. But you can have a free website review, just contact us and we'll sort it out for you.

::Q:: What happens if I want to cancel or change package?
You can cancel or change package at anytime just let your account manager know. There are no contracts or hidden charges.

::Q:: If I cancel will I get a refund?
If you cancel within 3 days, you will get a full refund. After this no refund will be given for the period paid.

::Q:: What payment methods do you accept?
You can use your credit/debit card (Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Maestro & Solo) to pay online. You can also pay via Bank Transfer or Cheque.

::Q:: Do you charge VAT?
We do not currently charge VAT. We will notify all existing customers before we start charging VAT.

::Q:: How long have you been around?
Specific Gravity launched in January 2009, as of January 2010 we re-packaged our internet marketing services as "Get Gravity".
